| To
the best of my knowledge, this kitten is in good health. A kitten
from my cattery will not be placed into her new home until she
weighs at least two pounds and is adequately self-sufficient based
on the breeder’s opinion. The kitten will have been given her
first vaccination shot and will have been vet checked before being
placed with her new owner. The new owner should take the kitten to
the family’s vet within the first week of purchase. If the kitten should develop a major illness or die (caused by
a genetic defect or an illness that was present at the time
of purchase) within the first thirty days of purchase, the
purchase price of the kitten will be returned to the new owner.
The return of the purchase price does not include vet bills above
$50 that have been incurred.
After the first thirty days of purchase and for the first year
of ownership, if the kitten should die from a genetic defect a replacement kitten of equal value will be given at the
soonest possible time. Again, vet bills are not included in this
agreement.
The kitten should be tested
for feline leukemia, but the feline leukemia shot should not be
given. This kitten guarantee is void if the kitten is given
a feline leukemia shot.
